Thank you for choosing Kala Aura for your art needs. We are committed to delivering beautiful art prints to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Since all our art pieces are custom-made on demand, production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Orders are printed, framed, curated and quality-checked within 3-5 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their art within 7-12 business days from the date of order.

2. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your artwork.

We work with reliable courier partners and monitor all shipments to ensure timely delivery. If any delays occur, we’ll proactively notify you and assist in resolving the issue.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹2,499 across India.

Standard Shipping: A small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for orders below ₹2,499.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes, for orders up to ₹1,999. A nominal COD handling fee may be applied at checkout for COD orders.

Some products or pin codes may not be eligible for COD, customer will be notified in such cases

4. SECURE PACKAGING

Your art prints are packaged with multi-layer protection to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy materials and moisture-resistant packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

5. SECURE PAYMENTS

All payments at Kala Aura are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption, which is the highest level of security in payment gateways, keeping your payment safe and secure.

We use Razorpay, Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and other trusted payment gateways for all transactions including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your art is ready and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email and SMS.

You can track your package in real-time using the link provided.

7. DELIVERY COVERAGE

We currently ship throughout India, across all serviceable pin codes.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders outside India, please contact us at kalaaura.art@gmail.com and we’ll arrange delivery to your location. Regular international delivery to select countries coming soon – subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

9. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure:

• You provide a complete address with a valid landmark.
• Your phone number is active and reachable.
• Someone is available to receive the package

Our courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts, before returning the package.​

10. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If your order returns to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refused delivery,

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect address, customer unavailability, or if delivery was refused:

• Reshipment: We are happy to reship the item to you! You will simply need to pay the re-shipping fee to cover the courier costs.
• Refunds & Store Credit: Since every art piece is uniquely printed just for you, we cannot offer a full cash refund if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability. However, we don’t want you to lose out! In such cases, we offer you Store Credit (equivalent to your order value minus shipping & handling costs). You can use this credit to place a fresh order on our store.

11. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Your art pieces are packaged with multi-layer protection. However, in the rara case, if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video and photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement.

12. 7-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Any product purchased from Kala Aura carries a 7-day replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects or printing errors. See our Refund Policy for full details
