Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
Yes, within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@kalaaura.com. Once production begins, modifications aren’t possible.
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery payment option. You can choose to pay with cash upon delivery, for orders up to ₹1,999.

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,499. Orders below ₹2,499 have nominal charges calculated at checkout.
Production: 5-7 business days. Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch. Total: 8-14 days typically.
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once shipped.
RETURNS & QUALITY
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange hassle-free replacement at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns for change of mind since all items are made-to-order. We only replace damaged/defective products.
Yes, we use OEKO-TEX certified eco-friendly inks tested to be free from harmful substances.

BULK ORDERS

Standard bulk orders take 5-7 business days for production, and subsequently 4 to 7 days for delivery, depending upon the location.
