At Kala Aura, we want you to love your art. All our products are custom-made just for you, which means each piece is crafted fresh when you order.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Every art print is inspected before shipping. We take pride in quality, but if something slips through or gets damaged in transit, we make it right.

We stand behind our quality with a 7-day replacement guarantee. That’s the Kala Aura promise.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong item, we’ll send you a free replacement.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery from your registered email ID with:

  • Subject: Replacement Request – [Your Order Number]
  • Unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect
  • Clear photos of the defect and the original packaging
  • Brief description

We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Note: An unboxing video is required for all damage/defect claims. Please open packages carefully to avoid accidental damage during unboxing.

3. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

For approved claims, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product. All art works except Originals, are eligible for replacement only; they are not eligible for refunds.

For Original Artworks: If you purchased an original artwork (not a print), refunds may be issued if replacement is not possible.

Replacement delivery typically takes 7-12 business days from approval.

4. CANCELLATIONS

We prioritize speed. Your art piece is sent for production automatically once the order is placed.

0-2 Hours: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 Hours: The order enters the production queue and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to Cancel: Email kalaaura.art@gmail.com immediately with the subject line “CANCEL – [Order Number]” from your registered email ID.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

Marked Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, please contact us immediately so we can escalate it with our courier partner and investigate.

If your order returns to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, you may request reshipping by paying the applicable courier charges.

As every item is custom-made, we cannot offer full cash refunds for missed deliveries. However, in exceptional cases, we may offer Store Credit (equivalent to your order value minus forward and return shipping charges) valid for future purchases.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

Change of Mind: Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind.

Color Accuracy: We use high-grade commercial printers. However, colors on a digital screen (phone/laptop) emit light and may appear slightly brighter than physical ink on canvas/paper. Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged After Delivery: Products damaged during improper unboxing (e.g., using scissors/sharp objects near artwork) or after delivery (water damage, scratches, mounting damage, etc.).

Used or Altered Products: Items that have been installed, or modified in any way.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

For approved cases where refund is applicable, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.​

Refund methods:

  • Online payments (card, UPI, wallets): Original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your provided account details
